They can cater for wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions
of 10 – 400 guests.

unique designs of these cruising vessels allow for elegantly
entertaining smaller groups without losing a feeling
of intimacy or larger groups without feeling crowded.

All dishes are prepared the day of your
special event in our on board galley by our executive
chef, who uses only the finest and freshest ingredients.
To complement our menus, we also offer a variety of
beverage package options to suit your tastes and budget.
The normal buffet and cocktail menus for our private
boat charters are based on a minimum of 20 guests due
to the quantity and choice of food provided on these
menus. For groups of 20 guests or less we are delighted
to offer our formal plated menu options.
Costs
shown indicate per person pricing for catering menus
and beverage package options only. Please note that
the complete pricing of each cruise is comprised of
three components: boat hire, catering and beverage package
selections.
Of
course, we are happy to accomodate any special requests
and/or dietary requirements you or your guests may have.

Some
items on our menus are subject to availability due to
seasonality or other reasons.
If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with
an item of comparable quality and value.

| Once
the cruise pulls off the wharf, guests are served canapés
and drinks by our waitstaff. They are then seated in
the dining room, and each individual table is asked
to the buffet by the Cruise Director. Dessert is also
served buffet style; however guests may help themselves
at their leisure.
Buffet menus are perfect for corporate occasions or
weddings as they provide a range of items for your guests
to select from. |

Our cocktail menus are made up of two separate components:
bite-sized food items circulated by our waitstaff and
a self-serve buffet. Guests are provided with a side
plate and knife to help themselves to the buffet during
the cruise. As
there are no tables set up in the dining room, guests
can mingle throughout the vessel whilst enjoying the
buffet items. Cocktail menus are perfect for networking
cruises or casual weddings. |
