This
option acts like a bar tab. Each bottle of white
wine, red wine, sparkling wine, bottled beer and
soft drinks by the glass are tallied during the
cruise. At the end of the cruise we ask the nominated
person to sign the bill and also arrange payment
for this amount by either credit card (Amex, Visa,
and MasterCard) or cash. |

Credit:
a pre paid credit can also be arranged if you would
like this option. For example a $1000.00 credit
is pre paid with your final account and placed on
the bar. You will be updated as often as you like
or when the limit is approaching. |

Staff: With a consumption bar we do charge an additional
amount of $145.00 per bar staff member.
The ratio is based on 1 bar staff per 30 guests. |

Fantastic idea for pre meal drinks!
We can arrange frozen cocktail machines that
offer a number of flavours choices made from
fresh fruit juices. There
are a large range of flavours, please ask
your function co-ordinator.
The
machines come in two sizes:

Enough for 75 glasses

Enough for 150 glasses –

Alcohol
needs to be added
to the above mixers.
This is charged at $50.00 per bottle
with 2 bottles required for
each side of the machine.

Due
to our liquor license we do not allow BYO beverages.
Should there be a particular beer or wine that you
prefer to drink that is not on our list, we are
able to arrange this for you. These Beverages will
be purchased on your behalf and the price marked
accordingly to cover delivery and labour to stock
these onboard. We do require special beverages to
be paid in full prior to the cruise. |

Due
to liquor license any ‘special’ beverages
remaining after the cruise is not able to be taken
off the vessel on the day.
They are to be picked up from our office at Pyrmont. |

Note:
This option can work out to be quite expensive as
we are buying outside of our normal stock, the beverages
will be priced
higher than Bottle Shop standards. |
| Maritime
Requirement for closing of the bar |
| |
It
is a requirement imposed by Waterways and the Liquor
Licence Board that the bar is closed 10 minutes
prior to guests disembarking. Water police and Maritime
vessels can board charter vessels for random licence
and patron checks at any time. No passengers onboard
are allowed to be intoxicated as we are a licensed
premise. |
| Responsible
Service of Alcohol |

All
of our vessels are fully licensed and therefore
responsible service of alcohol is practiced. |
| |
If
a guest is deemed intoxicated, further beverage
service will be refused and water will be provided. |
| |
All
guests are asked to carry identification for proof
of age if our staff need to see this.
If no identification is able to be shown then alcohol
service will not be available for this guest. |
| |
No passenger under the age of 18, under any circumstance
will be allowed to consume any form of Alcohol and
it is illegal for other guests to provide underage
drinkers with alcohol on board a licensed premise.
